RepurpSS-II: Leflunomide + Hydroxychloroquine for Sjögren's Disease

RepurpSS-II is a phase 2b, placebo-controlled RCT of leflunomide plus hydroxychloroquine in active systemic Sjögren’s disease, given without any background immunomodulatory therapy.
